The new, stable version of Chrome released yesterday. The Chrome developers fixed over 800 bugs from the Chrome 7 to Chrome 8 update. The most exciting information, at least from my perspective, is that the Chrome 8 (8.0.552.215) build will support for the upcoming Chrome web store (video after the jump).
Now that Chrome 8 is out of the beta phase, Chrome 9 will soon replace the beta channel. The Chrome 8 changelog can be found here and here is the official Chrome 8 download.
