It’s been awhile since I’ve posted an awesome message on the site. I received this one not too long ago and it lit a fire under my butt to keep pushing more content! It’s always great to see the type of impact some of my videos have had on people.
I must confess…
I got rid of Gears 3 a little while back because I got tired of all the sawed off shotguns that I would run into turning corners, but just now picked it up for the first time in months. Even though I stopped playing the game I continued to watch each video that you uploaded…and the same thought kept occurring, “man…this guy gets it.” Not only was I referencing to your amazing gameplay that you uploaded weekly, but also your feel for your fan base. I also enjoy how you help to strengthen the community and help encourage (even discretely) a more relaxed, friendly, skilled, and competitive gaming persona.
You sir have become not just someone that I respect (feels a bit weird typing…lol), but also someone that I have began to admire. I’m 19 years old, with no ambition as to what I want to do with my life…until recently. You have done more for me than just helped me become an overall better player at Gears of War, just thought you should know that.
So thank you arctic, as well as the rest of Team Amazyn. For not just doing what you guys do best, but for doing so much more than you think.
