This is my second #GearsWeekend, something Epic has put together to hand out in-game goodies to players dedicating their weekends to Gears of War. I’ve slowly been getting back into Gears of War, in preparation for the upcoming release of Gears of War 3. I have played a bit of everything including Horde Mode, Execution, Annex and King of the Hill since I’ve “returned” to the game. I’ve also scrimmaged a couple times with @Guy_Blaze and @DanNagy to get into the team atmosphere again.
The AmazYn crew is planning its return to Gears of War 2 in a couple weeks. We’ve already worked out a preliminary practice schedule — I’m just the first one to jump on board with game play. I will be tweeting when I’m about to start playing, specifically for #GearsWeekend events, just in case some of my Tweeps want to join up with me.
