I would also recommend going through a few episodes of vVv Gaming’s @LosersBracket show with @MLGSundance.  He had quite a bit to say about Gears of War, what we could do to improve as a community, and a number of other things.  I wrote a transcription on one of the Loser’s Brakcet Episodes where Sundance and Jerith spoke of and about the Gears of War communtiy.
